Martint Environmental maintains a 40 gallon per minute full-scale wastewater treatment system. Our goal is to provide our customers with adequate testing on-site to confirm the ability of Martint treatment systems to achieve compliance and/or water quality reuse standards.

Full-scale pilot treatment systems also allow preliminary operator training. The operators are exposed to daily operations including chemical make-up and adjustments as well as trouble shooting. This creates smooth start-up on the permanent installations and immediate compliance.

Final engineering details and installation coordination is often addressed during pilot studies. Contractor meetings during the preliminary studies concerning electrical, civil, and piping installations create a much easier and economical installation.

Martint’s trained chemical staff performs various blending procedures and chemical research during on-site pilot studies. This will ensure the client can achieve the lowest possible chemistry cost while maintaining the highest quality treatment and ultimately compliance.
